China Glaze Blue Sparrow Review and Swatch

China Glaze Blue Sparrow is a beautiful colour but at the same time I dislike this polish a lot. Blue sparrow is a beautiful blue with some tiny blue shimmers. It is supposed to be a neon but you can see by the picture that doesn't look very neon to me. The formula of this polish is awful. The first coat is very sheer and uneven needs at least 3-4 coats. It dries matte which you can't see the shimmer and it looks awful in my opinion. To make it look like in the picture I apply a topcat. Even though all this I still think the colour is gorgeous but what I cannot stand is that it chips in a day. One good thing is that the colour dries very quickly. Do you have this colour?
