Lyzi Unwin

black, white & red all over.

The weather has been so nice lately, and I feel like it's aaaaalmost time to shed those bulky outer layers and swap them for something a little lighter instead - like this "coatigan" type thingy perhaps (although I'm not quite ready to let go of my bobble hat yet).

This abstract animal print jacket is so light and snuggly, it's something you can easily wear under a coat in the colder months, or as a lighter cover up as Spring finally graces us! When it arrived a certain someone commented that it looks like "something you'd wear to work", but dressed down like this the longline blazer shape becomes much more relaxed.
This jacket will be finding it's way into my backpack for my holiday to Lanzarote (guys, I'm off to the airport this afternoon! EXCITING!) as it doesn't crease, it'll be the perfect thing to cosy up in in the evenings if it gets a little chilly, and I'll need all the layers I can get when I arrive back on English soil!
I was lucky enough to choose this transitioning piece from the extensive range of coats & jackets at House of Fraser - they literally do have something for everyone.

How will you be altering your wardrobe as the weather gets warmer?
