Cruzan® Peach Swizzle
There really isn't anything better than a refreshing cocktail! When it comes to cocktails I'm no stranger to mixing spirits or trying new craft beverages. I usually only have rum if I'm on vacation or I'm enjoying a Rum Runner in Tahoe, but I'm certainly bringing it back in the mix this season. I was recently sent the perfect spirit to kick off the spring season, Cruzan® Peach Rum.
The taste of ripe peach pairs perfectly with the muddled mint in this refreshing seasonal cocktail! Try it for yourself and tell me what you think!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts Cruzan® Peach Rum
- 1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 part Simple Syrup
- Soda Water
- Mint Sprigs
- Dash of Orange Bitters
How-To:
Lightly muddle a Mint Sprig in the bottom of a Collins glass. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Add ice to the glass and top with Soda Water. Add one dash of Orange Bitters. Garnish with a lightly slapped Mint Sprig.
