JACOB LATIMORE CAST IN UPCOMING FILM ‘BILAL’

Jacob Latimore can put another acting gig on his resume. The young star was recently announced as one of the cast members of the upcoming film Bilal. Latimore will serve as one of the voice overs for the feature character who is a champion at heart.

As a child, Bilal dreams of being a great warrior that his family admires. His plans of conquering the world, however, are derailed when he and his sister are abducted and taken to a strange land thousands of miles away from home. With injustice being the fuel that drives the country in which Bilal and his sister reside, it is up to the young warrior to take charge and change his surroundings.

Executive producer Ayman Jamal is happy to have Latimore on-board as one of the the voices of the central character. He tells media, “Jacob is an exceptionally gifted and devoted voice actor. He gave us a powerful and true portrayal of Teen Bilal. Bringing great passion and devotion to the role, he studied the character countless times and performed 70 outtakes to perfect Teen Bilal’s accent. Latimore’s capacity to emote powerful and touching scenes perfectly captured the essence and depth of Teen Bilal and his journey.”
