Wonderful golden sand beaches, cocktail by the sunset and nightspots to have fun all night long: Mykonos is one of our favorite places for summer holidays at the sea. This Greek island is truly charming and we at the TBS crew can personally confirm it. Have you seen our Instagram accounts? Here is the guide to our favorite spots!

Daylife. White sand and incredibly clear water: choosing the beach is really hard, but we picked those that stroked us most. Elia Beach, easy to reach by scooter, is very large and loved by celebrities Ftelia Beach; perfect for those who love surfing. Jakie O’ Beach, a wonderful beach strip where two resorts coexist. It also feature a very elegant pool and a cocktail bar.

Cocktails and nightlife. Cocktails by the sunset? It’s unmissable in Mykonos! Where? Kalua Beach, it’s a very popular beach, that around 6PM transforms with loud music and a bar that offers delicious drinks. The Tropicana is one of the world’s most famous Beach Bar and if you are among the wildest crowd, this place is for you. After a restoring shower, you can enjoy a romantic walk in the “Little Venice” district (named after the Italian city for its houses build just right on the water), where you can stop for candlelight dinner in one of the restaurant by the sea. One for all? Marechiaro, that besides the best pizza of the island, offers Italian dishes like pasta or seafood appetizers accompanied by an unforgettable view on the city. If, instead, you already thinking about the club, grab a pita and head to the Paradise Beach and Super Paradise Beach, where the most famous DJs have played. A nonstop party from 2 until the first light of dawn with waves and sun marking the pace.

Where to stay. Our advice? Rent an apartment at Chora, in downtown Mykonos, and then visit the most beautiful beaches on a scooter or quad. Otherwise choose an oasis of relax as we did: the Belvedere Hotel by the sea, it also features an outdoor pool, a SPA, a restaurant and a bat for cocktails after the beach.
