The Cake Bake Shop

Last night I met up with some local creatives (Mike Washington Photography, Megan Logsdon Professional Makeup Artist, and Salon D' Lanee) to network and talk business! Megan chose The Cake Bake Shop for our evening and I couldn't be more thrilled she did. I had never been and was OVERWHELMED by how gorgeous this cake and pastry shop is. First thought was that this place is WAY too beautiful to be in Indianapolis. I could hardly believe that we have our own gorgeous Paris-esque shop right in my hometown. But I was even more excited when I noticed all the French Macarons in a variety of flavors and beautiful colors. I am (as are a lot of people) in love with these dainty little cookies. Not only are they fantastically delicious, but they are beautiful and hard to find which makes them even more special. And their macarons are straight of a Marie Antoinette film. I mentioned to Megan how desperately I want to shoot a wedding where these macarons made an appearance on the dessert table. So...because I was obviously enamored with every aspect of this place, I took a whole bunch of photos and just had to share them with you all.
