Springtime in Boston

It's officially spring in New England! Yesterday I went outside in bare legs and a tank dress - it felt practically scandalous after being under wraps (and boots, and jeans) all winter. And would you just look at all that green around me?
This dress is from local brand NIC ZOE, and also comes in plus size - it's floaty and oh-so-easy to wear! Wearing it makes me want to sit out in my garden and watch the flowers grow (OK, pretty much everything makes me want to do that). Have you ventured out in bare legs yet?
