Hi. I'm a 29-year-old Californian who is on a journey to find happiness and self-love once and for all. I want to share my journey with you through vulnerable sharing of my stories about my "complicated" relationship with my body and the shame that surrounds it. And most importantly, I'd like to inspire other women to join me on this journey of releasing their own shame.
