The Weekend Dish: 8/1/2015

Hello and happy Saturday!

I’m so thrilled that the nasty, super-hot and humid weather we had at the beginning of the week has moved on out and been replaced with gorgeous, warm and breezy days. I’ve been enjoying sitting outside in the shade with Joseph… Duke and Einstein love to sun themselves nearby. I hope you get to enjoy some fantastic weather this weekend! What are you up to in the kitchen?

As always, you’ll find a recap of what was posted to the site this week as well as some bookmarked recipes from other blogs. Enjoy!

What I Bookmarked This Week

Recipes and posts from other blogs that I thought looked especially delicious and that I thought you would like, too:

Banana Pudding Pops (Confessions of a Cookbook Queen)
I want to eat an entire batch of these!

Blueberry Breakfast Cake (The Faux Martha)
If there’s any way to make cake for breakfast acceptable, I’m totally on board!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Stuffed Brownies (Bake or Bread)
Two of my favorites, all wrapped up in one pretty little package.

Figs and Ricotta Cheesecake Popsicles (Lady and Pups)
These have got to be the most gorgeous popsicles I have ever seen.

Salted Oreo Ice Cream Pie (Climbing Grier Mountain)
Salted… Oreo… Ice Cream… Pie. Every one of those is fabulous on its own, so I can only imagine how amazing this dessert is when you combine them all!

Have a delicious weekend!
