summer accessories & a few beauty favorites

i just wanted to pop in before the long weekend to share a few accessories and beauty things i've been loving lately!

scalloped sandals: okay, how great are these sandals? the scallops are so cute and i've been reaching for them just about ever day. they were comfortable right out of the box! limited sizes are available at nordstrom, but more are available on the sole society site. although these sandals are relatively inexpensive, if you want the look for less try this pair from asos (available in black and nude)!

embellished clutch: this clutch was an impulse purchase, but i couldn't resist it. i wear a lot of neutrals so this clutch will be an easy way for me to incorporate some color into my summer wardrobe. when i'm not using it as a clutch i'll use it as a pouch to keep things organized inside my tote bags!

glossier boy brow: i have been using clear brow gel for years to shape and keep my eyebrows in place. when i finished up my most recent tube i decided to give boy brow a try. this product has received a ton of hype and now i understand why! the brush is smaller which offers great control, and the tint is fairly sheer (i use the color brown). it locks my brows into place but they still feel fairly soft, definitely not crunchy (um, the worst when it comes to brow gels)!

nyc bronzer in sunny: i've read a lot of rave reviews of this bronzer over the years and finally decided to give it a try. it's a matte bronzer but without any orange undertones. i don't use it to contour, just to add a sunkissed glow to my face. with a pricetag of under $5 it's hard to not love it!

rimmel scandaleyes waterproof mascara: waterproof mascara is a year-round must for me. however, it can still be difficult to find one that won't flake or smudge throughout the day. my most recent favorite is this one from rimmel. i love the large bristle brush, and i've been wearing it all day with minimal smudging. let me know if you have any favorite waterproof mascaras! i'd love to try out some more!
