Fractals of the Week: Mosaicenne [on deviantART]

Hey, guys. I’m working on a project this February, and as a test of some ideas I had on how to do part of it, I created this image out of four 9000 x 5400 pixel images with 300 dpi resolution. The basic idea, copying and pasting tiles into a larger image by using a still larger one as a sort of canvas, works rather nicely. I’ll release the monthly project image once it’s complete. This image links to the part of my deviantART gallery where it’s shown available for free download at full size as a JPEG file or for sale as a print. Be very careful if downloading this, as it’s huge! I’ll do the same with the main project itself when it’s complete and ready! :-)
