Christopher Kane – Pre autumn/winter 2014

No les parece demasiada confusa la manera en la que se desarrollan las campañas de moda? Primavera y Verano en pleno Invierno o viceversa, siempre un paso adelante lo cual es impresionante y sin duda un sinónimo de genialidad por parte de los diseñadores y en general el equipo que rodea una marca, pero desde mi punto de vista, algo simplemente muy difícil de seguir. Por eso me impresiona y agrada mucho la idea de algunos diseñadores (si no es que de todos) de mostrar las Pre-Campañas (que si bien están aún más adelantas que las normales, de alguna manera tienen más lógica). Un ejemplo es la Pre campaña de Otoño-Invierno 2014 de Christopher Kane que me encontré al leer Vogue (La cual les muestro a continuación y que me ha dejado un poco obsesionada) donde podemos ver atuendos, telas y colores muy relacionados al invierno que actualmente vivimos. Volviendo a las imágenes, se puede apreciar que predominan los estampados de serpiente en pequeños y grandes detalles de cada uno de los atuendos, se ven colores oscuros e invernales, pero también vuelve el color rosa en un tono mucho más intenso y vivo que los que ya habíamos visto. Figuras bien definidas y piezas perfectamente estructuradas forman en conjunto una colección que atrae desde el primer momento. ¿Qué les parece? //
Have you ever thought that the way that fashion collections are presented is a little confusing? Spring and Summer in the middle of the Winter and the other way around. They always seem to be one step up from us which is very impressive and obviously reflects the great talent of the designers and all their team. But actually to me is a very difficult thing to understand. And because of that, I found very interesting that some designers launch a Pre-Collection in every season, (which actually is even farther from our current season, but in fact it has more logic) A simple example is the Pre-autumn-winter2014 collection of Crhistopher Kane that I read on Vogue (you can see the images below) where we can appreciate looks, fabrics and even colors that are very related to the winter that we are living right now. Back to the campaign, (I´m a little bit obsessed about it) we can see a lot of snakeskin prints on each of the pieces, thick fabrics, dark colors although the pink color stays for this season only that this time in more intense and vivid tones. Well shaped figures and perfectly structured pieces make this collection something that blows your mind from the beginning. What do you think?
