The Godfather + Celestial Seaonings Giveaway

This post is sponsored by Celestial Seasonings.

Good morning!

I have a new and incredibly delicious iced beverage to tell you about. Are you ready? Listen to this combo: Authentic masala chai mixed with bold espresso, rich cocoa, creamy milk, and ice. Celestial Seasonings calls it “The Godfather,” and it sounds absolutely heavenly, right? Right!? Well, it is!

Recently, the nice folks from Celestial Seasonings sent me some of their new chai products to sample, including Celestial Lattes (available in both bottles and concentrates) and Celestial Teahouse Chai Teas (available in tea bags).

The Celestial Lattes are pretty amazing, and they’re basically barista-style beverages featuring real brewed tea. They come in ready-to-drink 9-ounce bottles (just grab and go – great option for when you’re in a hurry) and 32-ounce concentrates, so you can customize your latte with your choice of milk (or any non-dairy alternative) at home. I am really excited about these! Check out the delicious varieties available:

  • Dirty Chai – lively masala chai spiked with a shot of bold espresso
  • The Godfather – authentic masala chai with bold espresso and rich cocoa
  • Mountain Chai – a traditional masala chai with ginger, cardamom and cloves
  • Matcha Green – a smooth blend featuring traditional matcha green tea powder

Because I have an iced coffee habit obsession problem, the chai concentrates with espresso especially peaked my interest. I mean… hello? The Godfather? Masala chai with espresso and cocoa? YES. Sign me up!

And Mal is hooked on The Godfather too. We’ve made a lot of them recently and actually just ran out of concentrate, so we plan to hit up Target this week to restock. (Giant and Kroger also sell them with more locations coming soon.)

Besides the great taste, I also love how quickly and easily it is to make these lattes. You just use a ratio of 1:1 for the concentrate your choice of milk or non-dairy alternative, such as almond milk, coconut milk, rice milk, etc. My favorites are regular whole milk and coconut milk because they’re so creamy and taste amazing blended with the other flavors.

I haven’t tried the other Celestial Latte concentrate flavors yet, but if they’re anything like The Godfather, I am sure I will love them. (I’m dying to try the Dirty Chai. It sounds right up my alley!)

Celestial Seasonings also offers Teahouse Chai Teas, which combine bold, coffeehouse flavors with the convenience and portability of bagged teas. They’re available in four chai varieties: 1 Dirty Chai, 1 Coconut Thai Chai, 1 Mountain Chai, Decaf Mountain Chai… and you have a chance to win them below!

Giveaway time!! One lucky CNC reader will win all four varieties of the Celestial Latte Concentrates all four varieties of the Celestial Teahouse Chai Teas to try for themselves!

  • Celestial Latte Concentrates: 1 Dirty Chai, 1 The Godfather, 1 Mountain Chai, 1 Matcha Green
