Don’t Put Away The Grill! Corn On The Cob & Roasted Garlic Potatoes With Hebrew National

{disclaimer: Consideration was provided by Hebrew National®.}

I don’t know about you, but I’m not ready to give up my grill just yet! Here in Ohio there are farmers markets everywhere piled high with fresh veggies perfect for grilling. We picked up some corn on the cob and baby red potatoes, along with some Hebrew National® All-Beef Franks, perfect combo for some fall grilling!

Let’s get grilling! You’ll need:

  • Hebrew National® All-Beef Franks
  • Rich Honey Buns (my fav at least)
  • Hunts All-Natural Ketchup
  • Gulden’s Mustard
  • Plus, the ingredients below!

Recipe for grilled garlic butter corn on the cob:

  • 6 pieces of corn on the cob
  • Butter
  • Garlic salt
  • Water

Directions: Peel corn husk back, but leave attached. Clean off hairs and rinse. Put husk back in place and soak in a bowl of water for 30 minutes. Drain and apply butter liberally to each ear of corn, sprinkling with garlic salt. Close husk back around corn and grill on medium for 10-15 minutes.

Recipe for roasted garlic potatoes:

  • 2 lbs. potatoes – chopped in quarters, smaller if too big to cook quickly
  • 1 white onion – chopped
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil – I prefer a spray pump to coat evenly
  • Dash or three of garlic salt (if the salt is too much, use garlic powder or finely minced garlic cloves)
  • Foil

Directions: Preheat grill to medium high. Tear off a large piece of foil and place potatoes & onions on top. Evenly coat & toss with olive oil and seasonings. Cover with another piece of foil and seal sides well leaving room for steam. Grill covered for about 20-25 minutes or until tender.

Now let’s fire up the grill! And if you’re wondering why Hebrew National®, there is nothing more important to me than my family and Hebrew National® has my confidence. Do you ever wonder what makes Hebrew National® kosher hot dogs premium? It’s all about what makes the cut (and what doesn’t). They’re choosy about what goes into their franks – using only premium cuts of 100% kosher beef from the front half of the cow and then choose the best from that. No artificial flavors, colors, fillers or by-products. I’d have it no other way for my family!

Oh, and if you get the chance, add some squash to the grill. A little butter and salt… perfection!
