Pen Eye Liners, Done Right

Eyeliner is a step I won't skip unless I am going for something very simple. I love a good cat-eye look and after experimenting with traditional liquids and gels, I have decided that the pen liner is my weapon of choice to execute the perfect cat-eye look.
It is no secret that my absolute favourite is the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner. The combination of a pliable brush tip and pigmented black liquid makes it the perfect pen liner for even beginners. The brush is just long enough to reach into the tight corners but short enough to still be sturdy. This product is as if my favourite MAC 210 brush for my gel liners had a baby with a highly pigmented and long lasting liquid liner. I couldn't recommend it enough for everyone.
When I ran out, I wanted to repurchase it but I decided to keep an open mind and try something new. I went for the Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Liner as recommended by my roommate. This is a staple for her so I figured I couldn't go wrong giving it a go. This one is very much like the Kat Von D offering. The formula is pigmented and long lasting, but the difference is in the applicator. This one features a fairly long and thin felt tip that is easy to maneuver but unlike a brush tip it isn't as flexible. It is still a good one though, and a good example of what would be the baby of the Kat Von D liner and the Soap and Glory one I'm about to talk about.

When on a budget, the Soap and Glory Supercat Liner is an excellent option. Pigmented and long lasting, as you would get from the other two high end options previously mentioned. The felt tip isn't as thin though, which may not be as good for those who want the thin, precise flick. It is almost Sharpie-like and even has a bit of a Sharpie smell but it's nothing too much. I do like it but it is more suitable for a bold cat eye as opposed to a gentle flick.
What pen eyeliner do you recommend and have you tried any of the three mentioned here?
