The Makeup Show: Los Angeles
This weekend (March 27/28) I will be attending The Makeup Show in LA. This year marks the 7th anniversary of The Makeup Show in Los Angeles, bringing together the best from the industry in Southern California.
I am excited to attend as media, this will be my first make up show ever. Growing up my mother didn't wear makeup, so I never really play with makeup as a little girl. It really wasn't until I turned 30 that I started to get more interested in cosmetics. Every day I am learning about new products and techniques. I am not a professional or makeup artists, but I am interested in learning more tips and tricks. The Makeup Show offers hands on workshops and seminars from some of the most talented professionals. This is where many MUA can also try out products and purchase for their kits.
The Makeup Show is great for networking with professionals, meeting makeup artist and getting to know new brands as well as discovering products. I am looking forward to learning more about application and techniques of applying makeup. Plus who doesn't like to play with make up all day long.
