Stylish Spaces: Maximalism

More is more and more is beautiful! My minimalist tendencies are always at war with my love of everything luxe and patterned and cluttered. So this beautiful home both appeals and frightens me--the final picture reminds me of the Bed and Breakfast Lorelai Gilmore stayed at while running away from Max and she thought the flowered wallpaper was growing and moving...but the libraries and dining room are so stunning! I love the way the details are piled on but each room has a very small, exact color palette. It's incredibly inspiring. via
