New in Portfolio: Nacre Botanicals

You couldn’t possibly imagine how eager i was to begin working on this brand development. From the moment Lydia from Nacre Botanicals described me the concept behind her hair oils and hair sprays i was sold. Literally, she had me at “mermaid, 1920’s inspired”. From that moment, all i could dream of was glitter, mother of pearls, beach hair, tropical leaves and mermaids with pearly green fins.

You might have heard and seen a little of the process already as i couldn’t shut up about out on Twitter from the very beginning. We nailed the logo straight away, where i got to work with a custom typeface, and then i got to illustrate this vintage, “paradise” inspired pattern. Talking about the dream project right?
