Looking for simple, family friendly weeknight meal ideas? I’ve got ideas, plus a printable grocery list!
The weather here has been SO gorgeous. Sunny but not hot, with a little bit of a breeze. We’ve been eating outside most evenings, which is the best. Summers in Arkansas can get pretty miserable, so we have to soak up the good weather while we can.
Here’s what looks good for dinner this week. Don’t forget to print out a free grocery list!! Everything you need is already filled out for you, which makes things easy. Just print and head to the store!
If any of the meals on this week’s plan don’t sound good to you, be sure to check out previous week’s meal plans. Lots of kid friendly meals to choose from. My boys are SUPER picky, so if they’ll eat it…your bunch probably will, too.
These look SO good and I love that I can make them in the slow cooker.
Tuesday: Crunchy Baked Tacos
Jon David ALWAYS loves a taco night — he never gets tired of it. I love this baked version because the cheese gets nice and melty.
Jon David always loves drumsticks, and this oven baked version sounds so good and simple!
We all love rice, but Lucy in particular goes CRAZY for it! I love that I can throw in any meat we have leftover in the fridge (like chicken shredded off the drumsticks from the night before).
Friday: Pulled Pork Nachos
Ummm…yes please? I love pulled pork and I LOVE nachos. This is a fun, simple Friday night meal. And I can make extra pork for sandwiches over the weekend!
