Lip Stick Love! Secret Key Sweet Glam Tint Glow Lipstick in Vanilla Peach

I was put off buying Secret Key’s Sweet Glam Tint lip colour for ages because it is quite clearly a Dior lipstick rip off and I can’t bear that kind of thing. But I eventually caved – I haven’t used anything from Secret key (yet another low end Korean brand!) before so I thought I would try out this product in Vanilla Peach since they do seem like they are popular.

Packaging is fine…that’s all I have to say about that.

This lip tint is supposed to be vivid and pigmented as well as hydrating containing lanolin. There are currently 7 shades to choose from. The idea is you can build up this up with a few coats from a very sheer look to something very pigmented.

Vanilla Peach is a soft coral orange colour and whilst I wasn’t amazed by it at all in the tube (barrel?) I ABSOLUTELY love it on the lips. I do. I do. I don’t usually love my cheap lip buys as much as this but I have seriously fallen for the creamy moisturising formula and the flattering cute peach colour.

You can see how the case looks like Dior right!? I have the Dior Lip Glow which I think is an average product at best. This lipstick looks similar but is cheap and lightweight compared to the Dior but of course this is the fraction of the price.

To swatch – the colour is perfect for the summer and has a pink touch.

I do about 2 layers of this lip colour and it overs brilliant coverage and a really glossy, healthy finish. I really love the colour choice which brightens my skintone. I don’t find that that long lasting – it disappeared on my and left a ring around the edges which I topped up after a few hours. However it it is so glossy I am not surprised that it didn’t last long.

Totally love this lipstick and I was not expecting too. I want this in Burgundy too now!
