The BFTE Cosmetics Cinderella collection features 6 shades inspired by the timeless classic tale. I am not only sharing my thoughts with you, but also a makeup looking using a few of the goodies from this collection. Read on!

Cinderella

Aaaah Cinderella is all over the place right now with the movie coming out. I can’t wait to go see it. It looks like it will at least be worth it to see the hair and costumes.

BFTE Cosmetics has a collection out right now inspired by Cinderella. It consists of the following 6 shades:

• Wave of the Wand – A shimmery light teal. Depending on the light it looks seafoam or a robin’s egg blue
• Pauper to Palace – A shimmery pink with a peachy gold reflect
• All About a Shoe – A shimmery yellow
• Blue Ball Gown – A simply stunning vibrant blue with pink, purple, and silver sparkle
• Grand Entrance – A shimmery burgundy with pink shimmer
• Midnight Curfew – A blackened green with plenty of silver sparkle

My favorites from this set are Blue Ball Gown and Midnight Curfew, the two sparkliest of the collection. Blue Ball Gown has a magical iridescence to it. All of them are nicely milled. Five of the 6 are strongly pigmented, with All About a Shoe need a bit of building up. I find that to be somewhat typical of yellow from any brand though. I prefer to wear them wet, which is how they were swatched and how I wore it in the look below. I had no issues with fading or creasing when worn with a primer, which is how I always wear my shadows.

Now onto the look! I used Blue Ball Gown on the outer and inner third of my lid, and Wave of the Wand on the center of the lid. LOVE how these shades are so virant!
