What I Wore: Flamingos & Midi Skirt

I got this bright white A line midi skirt over a month ago, but was struggling to find the perfect top to go with it. Nothing in my closet seemed to work! But a coworker gave me a $25 Express a few weeks ago, and I decided to pop online and check out their top selection. This navy blouse with coral printed flamingos caught my eye immediately, and I could see it working perfectly with the skirt. I was so happy when it arrived because I felt like the skirt and top were made for each other! Paired with my favorite tie-up espadrilles, a coral clutch and some bangles, this outfit is the perfect mix of elegant, preppy, springy and comfortable. What do you think of my look - is it a hit or a miss?
