What is the advantage of the lie-flat position outside the car of the Cloud Q?

Franz Peleska: “During longer journeys, the baby’s head can sometimes tilt into an awkward position which can cause breathing problems. Furthermore, the unnatural position can lead to damages in the baby’s musculoskeletal system. This is why the Cloud Q has a reclining backrest that can be adjusted easily into a near horizontal position outside of the car. With just one hand you can adjust this this new function easily, and the baby can be transported in the most ergonomically safe way possible. The baby can remain in the infant car seat even when not in car too and rest assured that the baby will be safe, comfortable and secure. In this lie-flat position the carry handle can remain in an upright position making it easy and comfortable to transport the baby while sleeping.”
