Making summer plans is easy. Making a list of products to make sure your skin & hair is protected is a bit tough. That’s why I’ve compiled a quick list of summer beauty favorites for every Damsel to purchase.
Anytime I’m planning on sitting out in the sun for a long period of time I coat my hair with leave-in conditioner. It’s a great way to protect your locks from getting damaged by the heat, plus if you dive into the water it leaves your hair feeling silky smooth.
There’s nothing worse than the soreness and itch from a day at the beach. What you put on your skin after the sun is just as important as which SPF you select.
This is hands down the most important purchase you can make all summer. Be sure to invest in a good sunscreen that will protect your precious skin from UV rays.
My favorite purchase each summer is which salt spray I am going to use to get perfect beach waves. As a firm believer in not blow drying my hair all summer, I invest in a few different salt sprays to test out early on in the season to find the perfect match for my hair type.
