Happy Bank Holiday Weekend! How has it been so far for you? I am lucky and I have a few days off in a row which helped me already to sort our my photos, sitting down for some coursework and even scrapping another layout.
This time I used a sketch from the British magazine Scrap365, which now will be featured in CraftStamper magazine. But their blog is busting with great ideas from their talented design team. The latest sketch challenge can be found HERE and it is another one with circles (HappyScrappyFriends had a mood board with circles a couple of weeks ago).
I started off my layout with the circles on both sides and as I didn’t have my sewing machine with me due to lack of space I used some baker’s twine and water colours to define the circles. I picked the collection “Woodland Park” by October Afternoon with those great colours matching the photo of Katja and me while we visited Kingston Lacy in May 2014.
To finish off the page I added some sprinkles of colour mists and some enamel dots and rhinestones.
