No crying skies

This post has been written while I was sitting in the bus on my way to the airport on the 23rd of February.

“It’s the 23rd of February and I’m leaving. It is always such a strange feeling to leave another city and especially if you leave good friends behind. But I’ll be back, that’s for sure. It’s always weird how you’re in the morning in one city and in the afternoon back home, to the old things and the things you’re used to. Not that I don’t like my home, my friends and family and surroundings, but it’s just different.

It’s such a different environment. I just absolutely love everything about Milan; the buidlings, the different views, the style, the vibe, the people and so on. For instance, if you look at statione centrale from the outside it’s a really old, but incredibly beautiful building, but the style is incredible. It’ss old with a modern twist which is something unreal for me to see. Eventhough this isn’t my first time here in Milano, I’m still surprised by how much I’m loving it. I wouldn’t mind living here, not at all, Milano has a piece of my heart.

While listening to gdfi from Flo Rida, yeah I don’t know why (needed some energy I guess since I woke up at 6 o clock), I’m in the bus who drives me around Milano which is really funny cause since I’m a bit tired I’ve this huge imagination. Especially when this part of the song comes: drop it, shake it, it’s going down for it. Just imagine the buildings going down for it, my god, my brains are a mess. Scusa people, scusa (if that’s how you write it , and if it’s not, sorry, I didn’t mean to insult anyone, scusa for that as well).

By the way, the weather is absolutely lovely at this moment, there is only one tiny little problem, I don’t have a windowseat but I want it… I had one on the way to Bergamo but not on the returning flight unfortunately, otherwise I’m always extremely bored during the flight so I love to look through the window. And another thing about the weather, Milan needs to cry cause I’m leaving, but probably its quite happy about it. Kidding, that’s simply impossible, maybe it just doesn’t want to admit it yet, I can imagine. No worries Milan, I forgive you.

Another pity, or actually a big shame is that I’m leaving right before fashionweek begins which is an extremely sad thing, but maybe next year I’ll be there. Who knows how things might work out for me.

As I’m sitting in the bus we come closer to the mountains and it’s incredible. They’re so huge! Of course they’re mountains so they’re supposed to be that, but still. I’m just absolutely mindblowed by the view of the mountains. You can see them from a wide distance and they are insanely beautiful, I’ve been told that they’re the dolomites which change colour when the sun shines on them. I didn’t see the change yet but maybe it will happen during the flight.

When I was sitting in the tube yesterday (Sunday the 22nd), from Moscova to Cernusco the sun was setting and at the same time the sky was so clear that we could see the mountains from an enormous distance, so again, mindblowing. Mountains are something completely strange for me since we don’t have them, not even close, but here, they’re literally everywhere. I’m completely starstruck. For gods sake, this is stunning.”

As I went inside the airport, I tried to get trough the security but of course that didn’t happen straight away. The gate went off several times so every time I needed to take something off. So after four times we found the suspect; they were my brand new shoes.. So I had to take them off and go through that gate thingie on my socks. It was quite unusual but comfortable though.

Then I saw I had a delay. Sometimes you’ve got a delay, and there is nothing wrong with that, these things happen. But when you all-in a sudden spot something or someone after boarding the airplane which makes it a bit (or actually a lot) less worse then I don’t mind that at all. So thank you Ryanair for hiring that person, absolutely made my day haha.

P.S. If you follow me on Instagram you know that I actually got the windowseat since the person didn’t show up for his or her flight, which was absolutely a great thing, if you don’t follow me there yet; “Foei! Shame on you. Just click on this link then.” And for my Bloglovin’ and Facebook here.

Hope all of you lovely people have a lovely day.
