I cannot believe my little niece, Stevie Rae, turns one today! It really has been so much fun watching her grow and learn new things this past year. She can now walk, blow kisses, snap her fingers (well, attempt to snap her fingers), say a few words, and do a bunch of other super cool stuff. My favorite is when she gives kisses. Open mouth baby kisses are the best!

For her birthday, we had a pool party at my parents house. How perfect is my romper for a pool party? Or really any summer event? Love it! I especially love that it’s long enough to cover my butt cheeks. Butt cheeks are never a good look, especially at a kids party. Ha! Anyways, back to Stevie’s birthday pool party. Stevie loves the water so I have feeling she has a lot of pool party birthdays in her future. She was so cute splashing in the pool (she even sticks her head under water), waddling around packing her new toys, and eating her cake. It was her first time eating sugar and she didn’t even make it to the actual cake part before she had had enough sugar and said she was all done. Well, she didn’t actually say “all done” because she can’t talk in full sentences yet, but she knows baby sign language so she did the sign for all done. She’s kind of a genius like that. And I can say that because I’m not biased or anything. lol. 😉 But seriously, I love that little girl so much and she makes me the happiest aunt ever. Happy 1st Birthday Stevie Rae!
