Midland Shop in Culver City
I’m always extremely impressed by creatives that enter the retail space. It’s something that I think about often, but I also think about going on really big hikes on sunday morning, but it’s not something I’m prepared to do right now in my life. So I’m extremely excited to hear that my friends who founded and run LA’s coolest party/wedding planning company ‘Bash, Please‘ opened a store. KUDOS, YOU BRAVE LADIES. And welcome to Midland Shop.
It’s full of beautiful southern California inspired clothing, shoes, jewelry, home goods and kids toys/gifts.
It’s one of those places you don’t intend on buying anything (maybe a gift or two!) but then you pick up a lot for yourself. The design of the space is beautiful – simple, rustic, warm and unintimidating.
So pretty, right? Lots of inspiration, for sure, not to mention awesome last minute gift ideas for all you local angelinos out there.
Congrats ladies, I can’t wait to make a visit for myself (still got some last minute gifts to roundup), in the meantime head on over and check out their online site.
