I am a wife, mother, sister, friend and follower of Christ. I am not a morning person, and I eat way too much chocolate. I love afternoon naps and meaningful conversations with friends. I like to really get to know people, but I have a hard time letting myself trust people. Sometimes I lose it and yell at my kids, but I’m pretty sure I snuggle and kiss them more. Music and writing are how express what’s going on the inside of me. I’m horrible at following rules, and sometimes I’m afraid of committment. My husband is truly the most amazing man on earth and he reflects Jesus to me more than any person I’ve ever known.
I don’t aspire to be anyone important. I just want my life to matter and make a difference - even the messy parts.
I am encountering a love that has the power to make everything that is ugly and broken; beautiful and whole again. A love that has convinced me that I am treasured, I am sacred, I am His. That I….am enough.
Now I want the rest of the world to believe that this love is for them too. And so I write
