Current Luxury Favourites

Long time, no blog! Today I thought I’d do a little round-up of some of my current favourite higher end products that I can’t stop using! I’ve fallen head over heels in love with a new skincare brand as well as some new makeup things.

MV Organics Gentle Cream Cleanser
A couple of my (non-blogger) friends told me that this is the only cleanser they’ve used for the past two years which made my jaw hit the floor! They said it completely transformed the way they thought about skincare, so naturally I had to give it a try. It’s a super creamy texture with rose, chamomile, vitamin E and essential oils inside. Removing makeup is a breeze with this when combined with a warm cloth and my skin feels so soft every time I use it. This gentle cleanser is great for people with sensitive skin, irritated skin, spotty skin, red skin and has an insane celebrity cult following! Absolutely love it!

MV Organics Rose Plus Booster
In the evening I’ve been using only this Rose Plus Booster instead of heavy night creams and my skin has been thanking me for it! It smells absolutely heavenly and has does wonders on the redness around my nose and on my chin. I normally get unfortunate hormonal acne, but since using this that has almost disappeared completely. What a miracle product!

Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Radiance Mask
More rose products! I’ve been doing my best to keep my skin nice and hydrated so once or twice a week I’ve been using this mask which is targeted towards dry/dehydrated skin. It’s a creamy texture filled with omegas and of course rosehip oil which my skin loves. I usually let it sit on my skin for 10-15 minutes before removing it with a warm cloth. Instant dose of hydration!

Clinique Cheek Pop Blush
I love, love, love the Clinique Cheek Pop blushes, so I was really excited when I found out they were releasing four new shades! I’ve specifically been obsessed with the shade ‘Pink Pop’ because it’s great for everyday and it’s very brightening. I suggest using a relatively dense brush to apply these to the apples of your cheeks and blend outwards. These are by far one of my favourite blush formulas and the flower design is soooo pretty!

Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt
This fragrance probably isn’t the most Springy, but for whatever reason I cannot stop wearing it. Since I have the small purse size I tend to take it everywhere I go and the amount of compliments I’ve had on it lately is ridiculous, so I thought it deserved another mention. It’s probably more of a masculine scent for some, but I love the way the earthy scents are combined. Full review here.

Dior Addict Fluid Stick ‘449 Ciel Rose’
Not sure when I became a nude lip kind of girl, but this fluid stick is all kinds of gorgeous. It’s described as a delicate rosewood, so it’s nude with more of a pink/rose undertone. These are really unique lip products because they have the pigmentation of a lipstick and the shine of a gloss. It’s really lightweight and I almost forget I’m wearing anything on my lips most of the time.

By Terry Ombre Blackstar ‘Misty Rock’
I fell in love with the Ombre Blackstar cream shadows years ago, but I finally decided to add Misty Rock to my collection. What was I waiting for!? This is probably my favourite shade and I’ve been wearing it constantly. They’re so creamy and blendable and this colour is out of this world. Really great on its own or with a bit of matte brown in the crease.
