20 Lunches You Can Meal Prep on Sunday

Eating healthy may seem incredibly daunting. First, there’s the problem of cost. Grabbing a Build-Your-Own Salad at that trendy new Whole Foods down the street ends up being a lot more expensive than driving through McDonald’s for a Big Mac. There’s also the issue of convenience in finding healthy options, or how much less time it takes in the middle of your work day to grab fast food than a healthy choice. Most difficult, however, is having the strength to pass up the french fries, donuts, and burritos that are hard to ignore when your stomach is rumbling for lunch.

But there’s an easy cheat for eating healthy that solves all issues. Preparing your lunches on Sunday allows you to create multiple meals from your weekly groceries, therefore still being cost effective while maintaining your health goals. It will all be prepared ahead of time, so there’s no need to take up time in your workday to get lunch, and you’ll have to say no to the tempting and fattening fast food since your lunch is already made. Get grocery shopping and prepare for the easiest healthy week of your life!
