Carrot Fries

Carrot fries! My boys and I devour these in a matter of minutes. They taste very similar to sweet potato fries, if you have tried those before. The secret to crispy carrot fries is to slice them as thin as you can and to keep flipping them every 10 minutes or so as they bake. No need to peel, just scrub them clean and chop away.

Ingredients
  1. Carrots
  2. Olive Oil
  3. Salt and Pepper

Instructions
  1. Clean and cut the Carrots in two or three sections.
  2. Half and thinly slice each section.
  3. Toss in just enough olive oil to coat carrots.
  4. Salt and Pepper to taste and spread evenly on a parchment paper lined pan.
  5. Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes.
