Major Pan 2015

Last year I was inspired by my fellow beauty bloggers to share the products I had majorly hit pan on. I thought it was a good way to show you products that I actually use on a regular basis. So I decided to do a repeat of it again for 2015

This is going to be a bit of a wordy post as I step through each product and share my thoughts. So first up is the MUFE Powder Foundation. I tend to flip between powder and liquid foundations throughout the year depending on my mood. I actually love using the MUFE Powder partnered with the MAC Lightful Powder (which I love to death, quality is amazing). As the MUFE shade is slightly darker for me, I tend to use it as a contour and the MAC Lightful Powder for the rest of my face. No surprises they show similar amount of pan!

The MAC Studio Fix Powder is a long-time favourite of mine, but doesn’t get as much love because the shade is a bit off and tends to make me look artificially tanned (I have N4 here). So I now use it more as a carry around powder for touch ups, hence the slow burn.

Another two products that were featured in last year’s Major Pan post was the Maybelline 8 eyeshadows and the NARS Powder Blush in Orgasm. I going to make it my mission to try and completely use up Orgasm this year! As for the 8 eyeshadows, I’d easily finish up the two highlight shades, and I do love the other 6 shades but just not enough for everyday wear so I’ll definitely keep it in my collection.

The Avon True Colour Quad is one of my most used palettes, but honestly it’s just the top two shades that I actually use for work. I suspect once they are used up I may toss this palette. I almost never use the two darker shades below so it seems wasteful to hang on to it. But we’ll see, maybe I’ll depot them instead?

And finally the Canmake Highlighter powder, an amazing white iridescent shimmer powder. Perfect for more dramatic looks, less everyday looks. Not sure I’m going to make a real effort to finish this off since I tend to be used in videos more than anything else, so I’ll let it naturally burn (like I’m talking about candles here!)

And those are my currently most used “pan” products. I’m keen to be an updated version of this during 2015, but if not guess we’ll see how I go by 2016
