Life has been a little hectic for me lately. Between big work projects and long hours, I find it hard to find time to squeeze in much of anything else. This past weekend, I made an executive decision to go for a long bike ride for a much needed mental break and some separation between me and work. It's amazing what being in nature and exercising can do to one's perspective.
By the time I was done (19 miles to be exact) with my bike ride, I was sore, sweaty and grinning from ear to ear.
What are your tips to destress and relax? I would love to hear about them!
