Too Faced Melted Metal Metallic Lipstick Swatches

Recently, Too Faced released a new line of Melted Metallic Lipsticks and I just couldn’t wait to get my hands on them. The swatches looked beautiful! Plus I’m a pretty big fan of the original Melted Lipsticks so why not try these?

Too Faced describes the new Melted Metal Metallic Lipsticks as:

Melted Metal is liquified metallic lipstick in a tube. We’ve taken the 90’s foiled statement lip and reinvented it with the lustrous look of liquified metal; creating a new form of wearable multifaceted color like you’ve never seen before. Melted Metal comfortably coats lips in bursts of rich, glazed, metallic color that melts on and makes a statement.

I’ve only swatched these babies but it seems that Too Faced really has reinvented the metallic lip. These have noticeable shimmer but they don’t look like a glitter bomb. The Melted Metal Metallic Lipsticks seem to have more of a metallic shift and I like it. This formula does seem a bit sheerer and more gloss-like than the original Melted Lipsticks so you may want to check these out in stores first if you’re looking for something similar.
