Inspirations of the week

I know its been ages I have done a post and so sorry about that guys! I suddenly got into this impulsive need to get into sports! And I chose Basketball of all of them, as a result, I have managed to hurt my back and my hand lol....forgetting that I am a mother first and a kid later haha..But offlate my son has got the need to love the basketball court and we couldnt get away from it and it brought out the sportive side of me and has inspired me now to take up one sport atleast... :D

Diverting from the actual reason for putting this post. If you guys follow me on TUMBLR I have gone beserk on it. Haha...lately inspiration has taken over after getting into reading offlate...EL James and Nora Roberts are the two authors I have read 8 books in 4 days. Basically, the injury has resulted in me sitting around and good excuse to look at my iBooks on my iPad :p So here are some of my inspiration pics from there and Weheartit. I love inspirational pics they bring out the best in me. Oh and Christian Grey a.k.a Jamie Dornan is getting under my skin after I decided to have a look at his model shots and his tv shows like 'The Fall' quite powerful in his performances, apparently hes worked really hard to be able to play Christian- Lets DROOL shall we.?

HOW TO GET INSPIRED

1) Set goals and timelines - The best way to get your inspirations going is not to keep them in the backburner. Getting inspired requires you to make practical steps towards them.Ask people or do your research on how to get there. For me google has been my source always. How to get DIYs or creative ideas for my store.

2) Time out - Sometimes the mundane or hectic routines of our life pulls out any chance of inspiration at all. Inspiration comes from aspiring things that bring fullfilment in your heart rather than just doing it for the sake of it.

3) Realistic expectations - If you set expectations too high for what you inspire to do, it might become difficult to achieve them and you might slowly lose interest in them. Make sure to give it time and it might not always work out, be paitient and let it happen.

4) Learn from your surroundings - If you feel stuck and not sure what to do to get inspired, take it from whatever source you believe in like books, movies or even reading. Whatever works for you. Look at it from your hobbies and who knows inspiration might just hit you!

5) Creative ways and make note - Write down your ideas in a creative way and make sure to share them. These ideas can become something else and hopefully dont forget them. Maintain a diary or journal whatever works for you. I tend to use a app on my mobile for journal to note my ideas down. Very helpful.
