Clearly the Holidays are in full swing and we all know what comes after…. the New Years Resolutions! Which almost always consist of getting healthier, getting in shape (because summer is now right around the corner), and joining a gym. How many of us really stick to those resolutions, although we make them with the best intent? Well I have put together a collection of some of my favorite workouts that will cover your entire body. The 12 Days of Workouts is a fun collection for anyone to enjoy and the best thing is.. you can start NOW! Why wait until new years, get a jump start are getting healthy and join in the 12 Days of Workouts for a full body set of workouts that will have you sweating, and feeling strong. A new year, means a new and HEALTHIER you!. But remember, getting in shape and feeling strong means eating healthy too.
