The Gift Bow Bigx L Die on page 37 of the Holiday catalog! It's so easy it's silly. The face and halo are made with circle punches - 1" and 1 3/8" I belive. And it's finished off with one of the beautiful Frosted Finishes embellishments. Do you have enough of these? I bet they'll be unavailable after this Holiday catalog is over on Jan 2nd. See it here.
