BLTA (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado) Wrap

I think this may be my new favorite way to have a blta. I had a couple of pieces of bacon leftover from this mornings breakfast so I decided to make a blta. Instead of using bread I opted for a small flour tortilla. This lunch came together in just a couple of minutes and I loved it. I’ve never had a blta without toasted bread but I actually liked the soft tortilla better. A quick and easy lunch that used up leftovers and tasted fantastic – you can’t beat that!

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp; place on paper towels to drain off the excess grease.

Heat the tortilla in the microwave for 15 seconds to make it more pliable. Spread some mayonnaise over the tortilla then place the lettuce down the center followed by the bacon, tomatoes, and avocado. Roll and cut in half if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
