Tube tops and short shorts

I spent a day in Laguna Beach checking out the beaches and shooting some of my latest sponsored pieces. Cleobella sent me a couple things and I’m so stoked because I’ve always been a huge fan of Cleobella! The pieces fit my laid back cali vibe and wanderlust soul. This adorable tube top is made for summers in California riding bikes by the beach, basking in the sun or hanging at a pool party. Paired with some high waist short shorts you’ve got yourself a “california girl” look. I love love love summer! Seriously. I don’t know how to survive without it! To think it’s almost August…. What. The. Hell!

Is it just me or does it seem like as you get older time just goes faster? Summers are shorter and the days go by before you can even plan your day out. More the reason to wear whatever you want and love now. I strongly believe that we should wear whatever the hell we want. If you adore something, wear it because it will make you feel happy (especially if you feel you look amazing in it).

If you’ve got it I really think you should flaunt it because no one just “is”. Looking good definitely takes work! As for me, I’ve been going to pilates like a crazy person and I love to show off all my hard work. I think it’s good to feel good about yourself and why hide it? However, thats not to say we should be trashy about it! Yuck. For instance, I hate shorts that show off my but cheeks. I mean…might as well walk out in underwear! And well maybe not everyone will appreciate seeing that? I don’t know, but I do know that I love me some good tight shorts (as long as they hug in all the right places and don’t over expose me). Oooh I just got a good post idea!! hahaa. Taaa-da! Ok, thats my random rant on wearing what makes you feel good. And Cleobella... well… it’s ALLL good baby.
