Crockpot Cheesy Tortellini Recipe

Some nights, you just need some of that cheesy pasta goodness, otherwise known as… Tortellini!

Had a bad day? Had a mediocre day? Had a weird day? This Crockpot Cheesy Tortellini Recipe is the perfect way to turn that kind of day right side up and put a smile all over your face!

Prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 1 hour 30 mins Total time: 1 hour 40 mins
Serves: 6 - 8
  • 1 pkg. Refrigerated Mixed Cheese Tortellini {approx. 20 oz.}
  • 1 jar Classico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce {24 oz.} or Homemade Pasta Sauce!
  • 4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp. Dried Basil Leaves

  1. Spray inside of 4 – 5 quart Crockpot with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Pour ½ jar of Pasta Sauce on the bottom of Crockpot.
  3. Spread out ½ of Tortellini evenly in layer on top of the sauce.
  4. Sprinkle Garlic Powder evenly over the layer of Tortellini.
  5. Spread out 2 cups of Mozzarella over the Tortellini.
  6. Pour remaining ½ jar of Pasta Sauce over cheese.
  7. Spread out remaining Tortellini in layer on top of the sauce.
  8. Spread out 2 cups of Mozzarella over the Tortellini layer.
  9. Sprinkle evenly with Dried Basil Leaves.
  10. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour 30 minutes, or LOW for 3 hours, or until done. ENJOY!
