What I Wore: Showing Sweater Weather Who’s Boss with Textstyles!
Sweater weather can be a bummer, but when you’ve got the right pieces it doesn’t have to be. My girl Stefania of Textstyles recently shot a street style story for Fashion Magazine featuring 13 stylish women in Toronto showing sweater weather who’s boss.
She was kind enough to include me in her shoot and so, naturally, I grabbed a few of my favourite chunky knit pieces to show. Probably my favourite sweater to wear this year is this chunky knit charcoal grey sweater with a tail detail by Beaufille that I picked up at their sample sale in the fall. What’s great about it is that it’s crazy warm and tends to ‘dress up’ any winter outfit I throw it on top of.
Obviously if I were really going to be walking around outside I would have paired this look with a coat and real boots, but, hey, it was a quick shot! A good knit hat, however, is always a must when venturing outdoors during the winter.
