Though I may not be fast, I am a runner. Running is a great past-time of mine. I use it to exercise, and to de-stress. When I get out on the road things seem to melt away. I want to build this blog to house my running notes, healthy recipes, and other things that may help me, and you with running, healthy eating habits, and tips that I have come across during my days researching.
