Black, white and concrete living

I know I keep saying I would like an old apartment with original features, but I have to say I kind of like this home.. a lot! This is the home of stylist Marja Wickman from the interior blog Musta Ovi.

I think the raw concrete wall looks great. The mixture of black, white and concrete goes so well together. With a minimal use of black the space feels light and airy. I think the key is to keep the black to a minimum. It looks more striking that way.

Another thing I like here is the lack of things on the walls. I quite like frames on the floor and still haven’t gotten around to create a picture wall.
