NZ Nutrition Week
This week in New Zealand week has been Nutrition Week. Over the last couple of years nutrition has become something I've been more and more interested in so I was happy to take part in a challenge for the week and write a bit about my experiences.
So for the past 5 days I was challenged to eat eggs for breakfast everyday (no complaints here!) and to record how it made me feel.. I'm a huge egg lover so this was a fun challenge for me and I mixed my days up between poached and scrambled eggs with some avocado, tomato and sprinklings of cracked pepper added as well. The best thing I noticed about eating eggs for breakfast each day was that it kept me full until much later in the day which meant I didn't start unnecessarily start snacking or craving sweet treats.
