Special features such as French bleed hickory floors, copper gutters, copper flower boxes and a cantilevered deck on the lakeshore make this a one-of-a-kind home.

Lake Home
Rich patterns and textures add layers of depth to each space of this lake house. Wall paint color is Sherwin Williams SW 7029 Agreeable Grey.
Living Room Fireplace Cabinet
Color in the furnishings, art and accessories display the client’s personality. Custom cabinetry flanks the fireplace in this living room.
Open Layout
The open layout unifies all of the spaces in this home. Hardwood floors are Hickory with acustom stain.
Dining Room
The design intention was to create spaces to easily accommodate large groups gathering together for parties or be equally calm and cozy for quiet evenings by the fireplace.
Kitchen
Sophisticated technology throughout the home includes a lift mounted television in the kitchen.

Island countertop is Quartzite Fusion Terrazzo.
Backsplash
Backsplash tile is Maniscalco/ Barossa Valley Crystal Glass Arabesque/Blueberry. As we can see from this angle, this kitchen also features a bar cabinet.
Butler’s Pantry
Just off the kitchen, a butler’s pantry features a built-in desk. Countertops are Silestone Daria.
Powder Room
Isn’t this powder room inspiring? I love the classic white beadboard wainscotting against the navy walls.
Laundry Room
What a fun laundry room! Wall paint color is Benjamin Moore 1223 Brentwood.
Floor tile is Marrakesh Multicolor.
