When I first featured a beautiful Florida vacation home designed by T.S. Adams Studio and with interiors by one of my newest favorite interior designers, Mary McWilliams from Mary Mac & Co, I knew this family was not only very lucky but also had great taste. Now, seeing their main home in Atlanta makes me want to invite the designer and the homeowner (very sweet ladies, by the way) for coffee and talk to them for hours. The homeowner, together with the interior designer, seems to really understand what interior design is all about – the gift of capturing your taste, your senses and tell your personal story wherever you decide to live.

Let me start talking about this home by telling you guys how happy I’m to be featuring it on the blog. I was waiting for this day for quite some time and the designer and I have exchanged endless emails. I really tried to get as much information I could to share with you and she was extremely patient with me. Thank you, Mary!
Bridge
This setting of this home is truly enchanting! Notice the bridge and how private this home feels.
Copper
Gutters: Copper 6” half round with 4” round downspouts all tied into drainage.
Garage Door Spec.
Garage Door: Base Bid: ¾ HP chain drive motor with paint grade panels per plan.
Metal Roof
The metal roof is made of copper.
Roof
Roof: Vermont Slate.
Architecture
T.S. Adams Studio are well-know for designing gorgeous homes in Atlanta and Florida and I’ve shared many of them on the blog.
Shingles
Shingles: Blue label, sawn cedar shingles.
Stone
Exterior Stone: Bluestone.
Exterior Paint Color
The exterior paint color is “Sherwin Williams SW 3026 King’s Canyon”.
Exterior Painting: One primer, two finish of semi gloss latex.
Black Shutters
Black shutters are painted in Black Tie by Sherwin Williams.
Picket Fence
Nothing was overlooked in this home… it even features picket fence!
Windows
Windows: Jeldwen Wood Windows. Notice the beautiful slate roofing.
Pathway
Front porch features Blue Stone pavers.
Wood Front Door
Front Door: Base bid: Oak, stained.
Outdoor Lighting
Lanterns are Gas lanterns by Bevolo.
Ceiling
The porch ceiling paint color is “Benjamin Moore 1619 Silver Mist”.
Foyer
Beautiful foyer with archways and rustic dark hardwood floors.
Floors are 8″-10″ wide antique heart pine plank wood floors, dark stained and scraped.
Ceiling paint color: Benjamin Moore Cloud White CC-40.
Lighting: Most lighting used in this home are antique finds.
Paint Color
Foyer wall paint color is Benjamin Moore Decorator’s White CC-20. Stairway balusters, banisters, stringers and risers are painted in Benjamin Moore CC-20 as well.
Arched
Arches open to the great room.
Living room Furniture
Living Room sofas are custom with cream quilted velvet upholstery fabric by Fabricut.
Coffee table and end tables are antiques.
The antique wood beams in the living room match the wood floor stain.
Ceiling Height: 14′.
Bobbin Chairs
Bobbin chairs are from Zentique.
Paint Color
Paint color is Benjamin Moore Decorator’s White CC-20. Notice the incredible floors.
The four lounge chairs in circle and round table are custom.
Dining Room Paint Color
Paint color is Farrow and Ball 235 Borrowed Light.
Dining room features coffer ceiling.
Ceiling Height: 10′ 4″.
Classic
An archway invites you to the kitchen area.
Kitchen
I love the open feel of this off-white kitchen. Kitchen countertop is Calcutta Danby.
Kitchen cabinet paint color is a custom blend by Design Galleria.
Counter stools were from the homeowner’s previous home and the designer painted them in Alabaster by Sherwin Williams in semi gloss.
Island pendants in the kitchen are from Circa Lighting.
Backsplash
Wall Paint Color: Benjamin Moore CC-20 Decorator’s White.
Backsplash tile is a water jet material by Renaissance Kitchen and Bath, Atlanta.
The antique heart pine flooring is from Willis Everett in Gay, Georgia.
Breakfast Room
In the breakfast room, the Pottery Barn chairs were repurposed from the previous home. The designer painted the chairs in Alabaster by Sherwin Williams in semi gloss to refresh them. Round breakfast table was from Holland and Company.
Breakfast Room Drapery Fabric: Schumacher.
Butler’s Pantry
Butler’s pantry feature dark stained cabinets and Calcutta Danby marble countertop.
Guest Bedroom Paint Color
Wall paint color is “Benjamin Moore Mediterranean Breeze”.
Boy’s Room Paint Color
“Benjamin Moore HC-153 Marlboro Blue”.
Window-seat
A cozy spot to read and to store books!
Master Bedroom
This is a stunning traditional master bedroom. I love the color palette and the architectural details of this room.
Bed is Holland and Company, Atlanta.
Blue Ceiling Paint Color
The blue ceiling paint color is Farrow and Ball Borrowed Light.
Walls
Wall paint color is Benjamin Moore Decorator’s White.
Nightstands are Restoration Hardware.
Rug is Myers Carpet, Atlanta.

Classic, beautiful and inviting…
Master Bathroom
Master bathroom features Travertine flooring.
Bath is Kohler Vintage.
Bathroom Paint Color
Wall paint color is once again, Farrow and Ball 235 Borrowed Light.
Tile: Durock waterproofed for shower and tubs Schluter system at all stone/tile floors.
Bathroom cabinet is 42″ furniture-style.
All ceilings, headers and jambs were tiled at baths.
Mudroom
This is one of my favorites mudrooms! I love the durable slate floor tiles and the cabinets. Cabinet paint color is “Benjamin Moore OC-47 Ashwood Gray”.
Mudroom Wainscoting: Mudroom features painted wood on walls.
Interior Doors: Base Bid: 1 ¾” Supa brand paint grade paint grade, two panel.
Mudroom lighting is an antique.
Backyard
This home keeps surprising me… it even comes with a pond!

Pool terrace flooring is Blue Stone.

The infinity edge pool blends in perfectly with its surroundings.

One of my favorite features of this home is the screened-in porch by the pool.

The screened-in porch is as comfort as any other room in the house.

Stone Fireplace
A stone fireplace is the focal point of this screened-in porch.

The stone fireplace features reclaimed timber mantel.

The outdoor living room opens to screened-in kitchen area.

The screened-in outdoor kitchen features bluestone floor tiles and blue ceiling. Ceiling paint color is Benjamin Moore Silver Mist.

A side door leads you to the vegetable garden.

Yes… a vegetable garden!!! Isn’t this home perfect?

The vegetable garden’s path is made of gravel.
Treehouse
The homeowner’s kids have a dream treehouse with its own slide.
Tarzan
Yes, a treehouse with pond view… imagine being a kid and having this on your backyard! Wouldn’t it be fun?!

What a busy weekend I had, my friends! I barely slept… I finalized a kitchen and dining room project for a wonderful client from Edmonton, took care of the kids, cleaned what I could around the house and finished this post, that I so wanted to share with you.
