Interior designer Tracie Schumacher of Studio80 Interior Design out of Vail, Colorado may be known for the many amazing mountain homes she’s designed, but I absolutely love how she brought her signature modern edge to this fabulous Florida Keys home! Captured by photographer Kimberly Gavin, this beach home is filled with such a creative use of color, you can’t help but feel happy just looking at each and every space! Obviously the home’s palette takes its cues from the water view, but it’s the cheery, colorful accents that put a fresh spin on coastal style! And how about the lighting?! Seriously, every room has such a cool, unique fixture! The turquoise wall covering in the first two bedrooms couldn’t be more perfect either–like a dip in the ocean!
