Much Ado About Monday {No. 101}

Hello, our fine partying friends! We are so glad you are with us for another Much Ado About Monday link party!
I hope you guys had a great weekend and didn't have too much trouble with all this crazy weather! Down here in Houston, we just had a chilly and rainy weekend, nothing too exciting. We had plans to head to the beach to go fishing with some friends, but decided to stay in and stay warm and dry. I gave up eating meat for the Lenten season and am loving all these vegetarian meals that I am trying. My favorite so far has been this yummy black bean and quinoa burrito with a creamy avocado dip that is to die for!! If you have any vegetarian meals that you adore, please send them my way! I am most definitely a meat-eater but I am enjoying stepping out of my comfort zone and trying all these new dishes.

This week on the blog, I shared the details of my daughter's sweet first birthday party with you guys and looking back at all that yummy food we had makes me hungry even now!
