Hackers Help: Can you I.D. this IKEA couch?

The couch measurement’s are

Cushion depth – 23 inches
Arm depth – 16 & 1/2 inches
Length – 79 & 1/2 inches
Height – 24 & 1/2 inches

The order number is

600.790.81

My aunt received this couch from her friend when she got her own place 3 years ago.

Then she gave it to me yesterday. I am in serious need of a new couch cover. I’ve looked on the Ikea website, bemz.com, and Ebay! I can’t find this couch or any couch covers for this couch, anywhereeee! Please please helpppp!
